I can help you work towards the real issue right away and help you start feeling better from the first session. First thing I want to say is that I am so sorry your heart is feeling a consistent pain...This pain is very important to me and I am here for you. We can make it.
A broken heart is the root of most individual and relationship problems. The brains job is to reduce pain and numb the heart. I believe that you can learn all the coping skills in the world, however, if your heart is broken, those skills usually will not work. Once the heart feels soothed and understood then the mind may accept new solutions and skills.
If you are looking for Couples/Family Therapy, I can help your relationship discover harmony, trust, teamwork, and feelings of closeness. We will do this by first creating emotional safety, setting up boundaries, and learning how to speak "to" each other, rather than "at" each other.
Having personally overcome my depression and anxiety, I can help you feel validated and understood. I know the pain and emptiness these issues cause. I would love to work with you and help you start feeling better. Call or email so we can begin our journey, I am here for you.

I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re going through and find a way forward that feels possible again. We’ll begin by talking through your story, where you’ve been, what you’ve carried, and the strengths that are already part of who you are. From there, we can build on those strengths and start shaping the next chapter of your life together.
If you’re seeking support for your relationship or family, I can help you and the people you care about find healthier ways to talk, listen, and understand one another. Our work can focus on slowing things down, creating space for everyone to feel heard, and finding new ways to move forward together.
I truly believe you are capable of meaningful change. Life can feel heavy at times, and having someone who genuinely listens and cares can make the path feel far less lonely.
If this resonates with where you are right now, feel free to call or text me now and we can start this journey of healing together.

I'm here to truly listen, especially when you feel misunderstood or unheard. Your feelings matter, and you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My role isn’t to give advice, but to walk alongside you as you discover what works for you.
No two people are alike. That’s why it’s so frustrating when you try things that seem to work for everyone else, but not for you. It’s not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because you are uniquely you, and that matters.
Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s already inside of you. I’ll help you explore your emotions, not push them away. Emotions need a safe, compassionate space to be held and processed—without that, they can keep us from feeling true connection and joy. I want to be that safe space for you.
I also know from personal experience how deeply challenging depression and anxiety can be. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to support you—without judgment, without pressure, and always with compassion. Please feel free to reach out through text, call, or email.

I want you to know that I’m here with you as we navigate through the tough experiences that may have left you feeling judged, labeled, or dismissed. By sharing these challenges with someone who genuinely cares, we can uncover the patterns behind them and find new ways to heal—not just for today, but for your future too. I’m committed to being here with you every step of the way, supporting you as we work through this together.
I understand that emotions are often unfairly labeled as “bad” and pushed aside, hoping they’ll disappear on their own. But they don’t vanish; instead, they can grow more intense and overwhelming. My role is to help you gently navigate through these feelings, uncovering their connection to your present situation.
Together, we’ll create a safe, empathetic space where your voice is not only heard but cherished. I’m committed to walking with you on this journey of self-discovery and emotional healing, where your experiences truly matter and finding peace is a shared goal.
